3555765 - HTTP Status 404 when accessing CMC or BI after upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading the platform, http 404 is shown when trying to access /BOE/BI or /BOE/CMC.
  • Webapp cache is not being built under tomcat/work/Catalina. The folders for the webapps are created, but all of them are empty.
  • There are errors related to classes not being found in tomcat logs.
