3555862 - Class not removed from Teams calendar after deletion in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

A class, once deleted in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, is not automatically removed from the Teams calendar.

This leads to confusion as the meeting still shows in the calendar despite being cancelled.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. Create a class in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Delete the created class or cancel the class and send the cancellation notification.
3. Check the Teams calendar to see if the class has been removed.

This is an expected behavior.

When a class is deleted or cancelled, the “SystemScheduleCancellationNotification” is sent to the enrolled user which informs the user that the class was cancelled.

However, the calendar invite would not be deleted automatically from the user's MS Teams/ Outlook calendar. The user has to manually remove the calendar invite.
