Symptom

  • A large number of JaloItemNotFoundException exceptions appears in monitoring
  • This issue occurred after an update to SAP Commerce Cloud versions 2211.29, 2211.30, 2211.31
  • The exception associated with the issue is: "Exception: de.hybris.platform.jalo.JaloItemNotFoundException"
  • The message related to the issue is: "no attribute Employee.code found"
  • This error message appears even though:
    • User (Customer/Employee) does not have any 'code' property
    • Historically there was never a 'code' property in the project
    • All sync catalog attributes configuration has been checked and there is no 'code' property for User
    • There is no query where 'code' for User (Customer/Employee) would be used
