Symptom
Unable to search PO using number in My Inbox app. The PO numbers are not visible on the left hand side of the Inbox app where the pending tasks are listed.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- User selects the My Inbox app to approve the PO.
- In the My Inbox app on the left hand the PO numbers are not displayed.
Resolution
The title has been changed by the user in redefine task in app Manage Workflows for Purchase Order. Change/redefine task title and retest.
