3555985 - Federated Content Unavailable After User Email Address Change in Workzone

Symptom

  • You are using Identity Provisioning between a remote content provider of a backend SAP system, and SAP Build Work zone.
  • The target system on IPS is with type “SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition"
  • A user's email address was updated in the backend SAP system from where content is federated to SAP Build Work zone.
  • Although you run on IPS system a resync job to update the Identity Provisioning on SAP Build Work Zone, when navigating in “Site manager – Setting” to “Identity Provisioning” tab, the user in “Explore Role Assignments” is still with the old email.
