3556034 - All the Diagnostic Agents become disconnected after switch on/off Maintenance Mode in Agent Administration

There was a large number of agents(usually more than 1,000 agents) connected to Solution Manager, after turned off maintenance mode, all the temporally disconnected DAA were not connected back automatically.

In SMDSystem.*.log, agent indicates as connected but with a registration error:

com.sap.smd.cluster.shareddata.exception.SharedDataException: Shared Data Manager was not created.

Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions720.JNDIException: Parent context [/smdserverctx] of the object [shareddata] is not found during create Subcontext operation.
