Steps to upload the List Prices into the ByDesign system using Excel upload

Firstly, install the SAP Add-In for Microsoft Excel by following the below steps:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Enter the Download Center view.
3. Click on the download icon for SAP Add-In for Microsoft Excel.
4. After the download, execute the installer on your machine.
5. Once the installation is successfully completed, a new tab SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN will be available in the excel workbook. 

Follow the below steps to Import List Prices via Excel:

1. Open the Microsoft Excel workbook.
2. Go to the tab SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN and log into the desired system using the Logon option available. Enter the tenant URL, Username and password to login. 
3. Go to Product Portfolio work center and navigate to List prices view.
4. Click on New and choose the option List prices from Microsoft Excel. 
5. This will download the template for importing the List prices in the Excel. 
6. Open the downloaded template in Microsoft Excel.
7. Enter all the relevant details.
8. Go to SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN tab and click on the option Save data to. 
9. This will successfully import the List prices data into the system. 
10. Navigate to UI to check the List price details.
