3556102 - Number of Payment Purpose in ZENGINKYO ISO20022 format JP_ZENGINKYO_I_XML

Symptom

In format JP_ZENGINKYO_I_XML for foreign bank transfer, the Number of Payment Purpose field is expected to display in 4-digit output. However, it is currently only showing a 3-digit output because the first digit from the source field T015L-LVAWV is not being included.
