3556145 - Inconsistent Secondary indexes on fresh restored table -SAP IQ

Symptom

After restoring table level backup, either :

  1.  Cannot create secondary index getting errors like
    "Bitmap result bitcount not in legal range." Or    "main Bufman: I/O error” or 'Unit List Internal Inconsistency' "

    OR 

  2.  Index creation succeeds, but DBCC Verify report corruption :
    ** Inconsistent Index,dba.foo.ASIQ_IDX_T1740_C1_FP,******
    ** Inconsistent Index,dba.foo.foo_hg,
