Symptom

  • An issue is encountered when trying to access the SAP Simplification Item Catalog (SIC) via the URL https://me.sap.com/sic.
  • After login, it redirects to https://launchpad.support.sap.com and prompts to re-enter login password again.
  • Despite entering the correct credentials, the system repeatedly asks for the password.
  • The issue persists even after clearing the browser cache and using a different browser.
