3556208 - ARM Posting Change Task Cannot Be Confirmed in SAP S/4HANA

In the Advanced Returns Management (ARM) process, the posting change warehouse task cannot be created/confirmed. The WT creation or confirmation raises error "Stock is in inspection - Posting not allowed" (/SCWM/GM071).

It can also happen that the posting change delivery gets stuck with the below errors and the system is not able to find the source stock:
Original error on the delivery's Validation tab: "Item was saved inconsistently"    (/SCDL/BO046)
When Check and then Save buttons are pressed, the below real errors why the delivery cannot process appear:
"Posting change could not be carried out"    (/SCWM/DELIVERY093)
"Could not find the source stock"    (/SCWM/GM026)

After the GR of the return inbound delivery, the system triggers an inspection. The inspection is decided with a follow-up activity that is set up to generate a posting change delivery. However, the WT for the posting change delivery cannot be created/confirmed. Either the reference documents tab of the Return Inbound Delivery, or that of the Posting Change delivery, lacks the Q02/Q06 link that is required to look up the exact stock item for the follow-up handling.
