3556228 - The cart cannot be calculated successfully due to inconsistent cart parameters

When trying to add a product to the cart or modify the quantity of the existing products(or other operations that could trigger the cart calculation), the cart cannot be calculated successfully, and throw the exception in the backend/Kibana like the below:
