Symptom

  • Exception ModelNotFoundException is returned for almost every call to the /medias endpoint, even though all calls are returning a 200 OK status
  • In the errors section in Dynatrace we can see the following information:
    • Exception:
      de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.ModelNotFoundException
    • Message:
      No result for the given query
