3556258 - How to control whether a field appears as an item on the fast entry screens of maintaining listing/exclusion

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

When create(VB01) or maintain(VB02) the listing/exclusion, there are some fields displayed in header level(marked in blue)and some fields in item level(marked in yellow). Want to know how to control this behavior.
