3556259 - Disabling Authorization Check in BATCH INPUT Processing with CALL TRANSACTION in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

After updating to S/4HANA 2023, it was observed that the BATCH INPUT processing with CALL TRANSACTION used in add-on programs now triggers authorization checks such as S_TCODE.

This change is unwanted as it was not present in the ECC environment.
