3556260 - Endless Loop in SSO Login to Internal Career Site when 'Disallow concurrent login sessions' is enabled at Provisioning - Recruiting Marketing

• Unable to log in to Internal Career Site Powered by Career Site Builder through SSO when 'Disallow concurrent login sessions' is enabled at Provisioning.
• After clicking View Profile, the page gets stuck in an endless loop.

1. Sign in to the BizX instance using SSO.
2. Navigate to Home > Careers.
3. The SAML authentication is successful and the career site is opened.
4. Click on My Account > View Profile.
5. Encounter a redirect loop.

This is a known issue caused by redundant concurrent login check for internal career site (ICS).

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505). For release timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.

Workaround

Disable the 'Disallow concurrent login sessions' feature from BizX Provisioning. Instead, use the 'Concurrent Access' feature in IAS.

1. Log in to IAS console.
2. Navigate to Applications & Resources > Applications.
3. Select the application (SuccessFactors, Recruiting Management and Career Site Builder).
4. Go to the "Authentication and Access" tab.
5. Select "Concurrent Access".
6. Set it to "Warning" or "Error".
