No Event based variance posted even order status is set as 'TECO'.

TECO status is active before releasing the order, the order status REL is not active when TECO was set.

Therefore, the event based variance is not posted at the same time.

As a workaround, consider to revoke TECO and Release the order, then set the TECO again.
