3556313 - Incorrect account determination for Supplier Settlement List when WAB_RELEASE is used.

You noticed that the incorrect GL account is being determined depending on whether the Supplier Settlement List is released to accounting using WRL2 (correct determination) or WAB_RELEASE (wrong determination).
