• If the keywords are only in the title or tags, the results will display the title, author information, and tags.

NOTE: The system prioritizes keyword searches in the title of KBAs for performance optimization. If the keywords are found in the title, the system skips scanning the author, content, and tags, resulting in search results that display only the title, author information, and tags.
