3556342 - 'Manage My Goals' quick action card do not translate the word 'Goals'

Standard text in Manage My Goal Quick action tile in any particular language shows word the "Goal" instead of the translation in the particular language. 

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Login to the instance and change language to any desired/affected language
2. See the quick action showing word "Goal" instead of the particular language translation.

Since the Provisioning switch can only to be set as "Objective", not "Goal", the dirty data still exists in the database, hence causing UI display "Goal" all the time.  

Need to resave the Provisioning switch to overwrite the dirty data, which will then apply the custom label for Objective.
