3556390 - Label of a Field in Onboarding can't be changed without affecting Employee Central - Onboarding

Is it possible to change the label of a field in Onboarding, such as "Hire Date," without changing it in Employee Central (EC)?

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Changing the field name or label must be performed in Manage Business Configuration.

• Any changes made in Manage Business Configuration will apply to both Onboarding (ONB) and Employee Central (EC).
• It is not possible to apply a label change exclusively to Onboarding without affecting Employee Central.
