Symptom
Scheduled visit appointment is not in sync with Calendar.
Toggle button is greyed out and sync between Visit and Team Calendar is not possible.

Resolution
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Open the Implementation Project.
- Navigate to Questions.
- Go Sales --> Account and Activity Management --> Activity Management --> Enable the scoping question ''Do you want to sync notes as part of Microsoft Team meeting?"
Kindly note: Attachment in visits will not be transferred to teams calendar.
