3556541 - Request Feedback Notification email cannot display Portuguese text correctly

Request feedback mails which is received is not getting translated properly especially when the locale is in Portuguese.

This happens in every vogal that has accentuation (“á” turns into “á” , “â” turns into “â” , “ã” turns into “ã” and “ç” turns into "ç”)

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Change the system locale to Portuguese
2. Go to performance tab from drop down of the home screen and navigate to Team overview tab
3. Click on Ask for feedback and try to add external mail 
4. The email received with accentuation (“á” turns into “á” , “â” turns into “â” , “ã” turns into “ã” and “ç” turns into "ç”)

It is a Known issue.

Issue will be fixed through patch.
