3556572 - Error "OTR-Based Exception" when generate PDF in PDF/A-3a Format

Symptom

  • An error arises when attempting to generate a PDF in PDF/A-3a format.
  • The error message "OTR-Based Exception of Class: CX_FP_CONV" is displayed.
  • In debugger you can see below error message:
    "validation of PDFA output generated failed because its not satisfying 
    compliance test for 3b:Fonts are not available:[Helvetica,Helvetica-bold]"
