3556614 - ADS error occurs when connect to BTP CF Environment

Symptom

  • Error ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.Processin(200101) occurs
  • Error "HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable" shows in soapresponse.
  • Webdispatcher trace shows error like below:
    [Thr 10512] *** WARNING => Failed to read group info for system XXX (ABAP,HTTPS) from : Connection request to partner failed(-20) [icrxx.c      3541]
    [Thr 10512] *** WARNING => Failed to read URL prefix info for system XXX (ABAP,HTTPS) from : Connection request to partner failed(-20) [icrxx.c      3541]
    [Thr 10512]   SSL_get_state()==0x2131 "TLS read server certificate B"
    [Thr 10512] *** ERROR in secussl_read: SSL_read() lasterr 0x2000051d
    [Thr 10512]   => "Failed to verify peer certificate. Peer not trusted." 
    ........
    [Thr 10512] <<- ERROR: SapSSLSessionStartNB(sssl_hdl=27d79b2a150)==SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED
    [Thr 10512] *** ERROR => IcmConnPoolStartSsl: SapSSLSessionStartNB failed (-102): SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED
