3556626 - After Completing Mass complete My New Hire Tasks UI is Compressed in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Symptom

  • After completing a mass task in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, the details page is not displayed correctly.
  • After completion, the user is redirected back to the Mass complete Task page with an overview of further tasks to complete. However, this page is not displayed correctly, so cannot continue to complete tasks.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
  2. Select multiple candidates
  3. Click on "Mass complete My New Hire Tasks" to see the overview of tasks.
  4. Select one of the tasks and complete it.
  5. After completion, the overview page does not load correctly, and the further tasks to complete are not visible anymore.

Cause

  • The issue is caused by a bug in the system.

Resolution

  1. OBX-36838 was created to make a code fix.
  2. The fix will be released in B2505 on 14-Apr-2025 for Preview and on 16-May-2025 for Production.
  3. Workaround until permanent fix, if you refresh the page the page should load as expected
