3556720 - Past employment is displayed when navigating spotlight from position org chart

Symptom

Terminate the employee, then rehire this employee with new employment, the rehire date is the past date.

Then navigate to position org chart and search by people to search this employee out, found the employee is in new position, but after clicking on this employee to see the spotlight, the past one is displayed.
