• Unable to generate CSR when the Organization (O) name contains a comma.
• An error appears when submitting the CSR: "The CSR can't be generated at this time. Try again later." 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to Career Site Builder > Tools > SSL Certificate.
2. Click 'Generate a CSR'.
3. Fill in required fields and the Organization (O) name contains a comma.
4. Click 'Generate'.
5. An error appears: "The CSR can't be generated at this time. Try again later."

Workaround

Remove the comma ',' from the Organization (O) name.
