3556778 - How to generate one PR for multiple project demands under same WBS?

In app "Manage Project Demand", while creating and requesting multiple demands for the same WBS element, the system generates separate purchase requisitions for each demand instead of one purchase requisition with multiple line items.

Not requesting the demands at the exact same time. 

As per scope item 4RF, "all service or material demands of the same WBS element that are requested at the same time will be grouped in the same purchase requisition":

• Select demands under the same WBS element together and request them at the exact same time, or
• Set the demands with status "Request on WBS Element Release" if the WBS is in status "Created"
