3556821 - Import Button become grayed out and unclickable when import custom MDF data via Import and Export Data tool

• The issue was encountered while trying to import custom MDF data in Import and Export Data tool
• The import button was found to be grayed out and unclickable.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open the Import and Export Data function and export the data of a custom MDF object.
2. After organizing the information, click on Import Data, select the ZIP file.
3. After selecting the compressed package, the "Import" button becomes grayed out and cannot be clicked to import.

The file attempted to be imported was not a ZIP format file but a RAR format file, which the system does not support.

1. Verify that the file being imported is a ZIP format file. In this case, the file was not a ZIP format file, but a different file format such as RAR file.
2. The system does not support the import of non-ZIP files. Therefore, compress the file into a ZIP format file before attempting to import it again.
