3556856 - Candidate Name Sort Preference by Last Name not Working for Internal Candidates - Recruiting Management

• When setting display preferences to 'Last Name, First Name', the candidate name sort preference works correctly for external candidates but not for internal candidates.
• For internal candidates, the system always sorts by the first letter of the first name, not the last name. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting > Preferences > My Display Preferences
2. Set the Candidate Name Sort Preference to "First Name, Last Name"
3. See the applicant list sort is correct
4. Change the Candidate Name Sort Preference to "Last Name, First Name"
5. Notice the external candidates are all sorted correctly, but internal candidates are not.

The issue is identified as a defect by engineering team.
