3556910 - Tenant URL Not Being Saved in SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App

Symptom

When using the SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App on an iPhone, the system URL is not saved after the app is closed and/or reopened.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App on an iPhone and enter the system URL.
  2. Close the app and reopen it.
  3. Observe that the previously entered system URL is not saved and needs to be re-entered.

Cause

When the session ends or the cache is cleared, the URL will no longer be available.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior, after the cache is cleared the URL needs to be maintained again.
