3556927 - Withdraw Approval Request for Condition Records "in review" status in Manage Prices - Sales App - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is a need to withdraw the approval request for a condition request in the "Manage Prices - Sales" app, similar to the option available for Sales Document Approvals in the "Manage Sales Order - Version 2" app.

Based on the app documentation, Approval Workflows for Prices in Sales, there isn't an option to withdraw the approval workflow. The app can used to create, configure, define properties and conditions to a workflow. It is also possible to create a step for the workflow step sequence, activate or deactivate, define the order in which to check the preconditions of active workflows, display details, copy an existing and/or delete an existing workflow.

• Approve or Reject a Price in Sales

When approval workflows are set up correctly, the designated approvers are notified about pending approval requests and receive the requests in the My Inbox app. In the requests, the approvers can approve or reject the prices. To make informed decisions, the approvers can navigate to the price details from the My Inbox app.

The approver is notified of the approval request in the My Inbox app and can do the following:

1. The approver can view the price details by opening the task in the approval request.
2. The approver can approve the price. Once the price is approved, the system sets its release status to released. If the price contains any condition supplements or pricing scales, they are also approved.
3. The approver can reject the price. Once rejected, the price can no longer be changed. The system sets its release status to rejected and the approval workflow ends.
