3556928 - "Request for Me" > Approval card opens on a new tab

On the new Learning homepage, clicking "Requests for Me", then on the "View Details" link, it results in the "Pending Approvals" page opening in a new tab.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation and the fix is targeted to be delivered with the 2505 system version. With the fix, the "Pending Approvals" page should open on the same tab.
