3556930 - Issue with Fetching Data in Story Report for Benefit Claim Object

When running a Story Report for Benefit Claim object the field External Code is not available. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Create a Story Report for Object Benefit Employee Claim
2. Notice that the external code field is not available for selection

Currently the field External Code from the object Benefit Employee Claim is not reportable in Story Report. 

If you would like to have this possibility added to the system you can open an enhancement request following the article 2090228 - How to submit enhancement ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products. This way our Product Management team can consider it for future updates. 

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can use the standard reports pre delivered. More details in our Implementation Guide.
