3556950 - Copy Operator JOB does not restrict the attribute values with the Permission Filter

• Copy Operator JOB updated/Copied all the attribute values without filtering/considering the assigned values
• Permission Filter maintain to restrict the one attribute value which was assigned to user role, But User executed Copy Operator Job to restrict records based on the attribute values in the permission filter to which all records are updated/Copied including the restricted attribute value
• Here, Permission Filter maintained write access for Subnetwork ID attribute to control the JOB items, But JOB executed for all items without considering the Maintained Subnetwork ID's in the Permission Filter
