• Cannot move standard field into custom section view on Individual Customers screen.
• Move button is not available in Adaptation Mode.
• Move option is missing and unavailable.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Individual Customers.
2. Open any Individual Customers.
3. Start adaptation mode.
4. Go to "Overview" tab.
5. Go to a specific section.
6. The standard field "Name" cannot be moved. The move button is missing.

• After entering the adaptation mode, the field's label is shown as "Name(Displayed)." It's for display only and has limited properties, resulting in it cannot be moved.

• Not all the fields able to move. They are binding to the different path, this decided their behavior. For example, External ID in Sales Leads work center view is able to move, it has a binding information: /BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Marketing/Lead/COD_MarketingLead.TI.uicomponent. But external ID in Leads work center view not able to move, it has a binding information: /BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Marketing/Prospect/COD_Mkt_Prospect.TI.uicomponent

If fields have no move option, it means the fields cannot move. This is not a bug but a designed system behavior. There is no need to report a case for this. But if you require detailed information, please don't hesitate to create a case.
