By doing so, the candidate account will be permanently deleted and the profile data will be anonymized. Any in-progress job applications will be moved to the 'Declined DPCS' status for anonymization.
Here are the steps:
Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Career Site:
- Go to View Profile.
- Select 'Search Option and Privacy' portlet.
- Click on 'Data Privacy Statement'.
- Click on the Revoke button.
Recruiting Management (RCM) Career Site:
- Go to My Profile.
- Click on 'Data Privacy Statement'.
- Click on the Revoke button.
Alternatively, candidates can also directly delete their profile as per steps provided in the KBA 2672035 - How an external candidate can delete its own profile.
