3557022 - Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app does not work when using a language other than EN - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When attempting to create or update info records in a language other than English using offline mode, the Excel file is downloaded with damage and an error message is shown.

In the job logs, one of the following errors appears:

  • Worksheet Worksheet does not exist match any worksheet in t does not exist match any worksheet in the default Excel.
  • Excel worksheet name does not match the default name.
