3557023 - Transaction code ARBERP_MSG_VD and DB table ARBERP_C_MSG_VD are not available in S/4hana systems

• You were using the Suite Enablement Ariba integration add-on at your SAP ERP (ECC) system, and you converted to S/4hana system in which the add-on is also available as the J82 scope item scenario. In the new system you observe that transaction code ARBERP_MSG_VD is not available, but it was in ECC system.
  
  
• And so the customizing, to which the transaction code points, is not available in S/4hana system:
  SPRO -> Integration with Other SAP Components -> SAP Business Suite Integration Component for Ariba -> Application-Specific Settings -> SAP ERP Integration Component for Ariba -> Integration for Buyers -> Enable Further Outbound Message Types per Vendor 
  
  
• And the database table, ARBERP_C_MSG_VD, which holds such customizing setup also not exists in S/4hana system.

• Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite (already out of maintenance, more info in SAP Note 2705047)
• S/4hana in built version of the integration add-on - J82 scope item
