3557129 - IBP: Unit of Measure (UOM) Conversion Discrepancy Between ECC/S4 and IBP

Symptom

This issue occurred when data flows to IBP through CI-DS with extractor /IBP/PRODUCT_UOM_ATTR. The Unit of Measure (UOM) conversion factor does not align with the logic defined in the SAP Material Master - Additional Data for these products (MM03).
