3557159 - Firewall/Loadbalancer blocks the URL which contain "/tmp" in report URL

• When using custom elements such as need4viz, and adding the same in Webi report, it throws an error pop-up suggesting that you don't have rights.
• The error message and the http trace .har file indicates Unauthorised Access or http code 418 with an error "You are not authorized to view this page. If you believe that you are the authorized user to access this link / service, kindly send an email from your corporate mail id"
• When accessing via direct tomcat URL then no issue is observed.
• Impacted URL: https://<Host_name>/BOE/portal/<XXXXXXXX>/biprwsproxy/biprws/raylight/v1/documents/<XXXXXXXX>/occurrences/0/reports/5/elements/6/images/TMP*691*10?X-SAP-LogonToken=
