Symptom
We have many scenarios where customers complain about a user not able to access/login to Embedded Analytics page with the below error.
The below error is displayed in IPS sync logs for job IAS_TARGET_SYSTEM_TNTA:
error=The request to create an entity has failed with: 409 Conflict 'User profile with email [k.minor@ampwr.com] already exists'
The attempt to retrieve the existing entity from the target system was unsuccessful. No user found from https://ayaygvkcm.accounts.ondemand.com/service/scim/Users?filter=userName eq "REP0205",
