3557166 - How to identify if a user with a certain email is present in the Embedded Analytics System

Symptom

We have many scenarios where customers complain about a user not able to access/login to Embedded Analytics page with the below error.

The below error is displayed in IPS sync logs for job IAS_TARGET_SYSTEM_TNTA:

error=The request to create an entity has failed with: 409 Conflict 'User profile with email [john.doe@company.com] already exists' 
The attempt to retrieve the existing entity from the target system was unsuccessful. No user found from https://aaaayyyy.accounts.ondemand.com/service/scim/Users?filter=userName eq "REPJD2025",

The sample API call is: ' https://<sac_url>/service/scim/Users?filter=userName eq "<username>" 'or ' https://<sac-url>/api/v1/scim/Users/?filter=email eq "email@domain.com" '
