3557193 - Error "Business Partner does not exist" when creating Credit Limit Request in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• When attempting to create a Credit Limit Request for a customer, who has the Business Partner role SAP Credit Management (UKM000), an error message is encountered stating "Business partner does not exist."
• Despite the activation of the 1QM scope item, the related functionality cannot be enabled.

1. Activate the 1QM scope item in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Attempt to create a Credit Limit Request for customer with the Business Partner role SAP Credit Management (UKM000).

Currently the "Case Type for Credit Limit Req. = FDCA" is assigned, which is used for a different process.

1. Open the Customizing activity "Create Credit Segments" (SSCUI ID 102104).
2. In the details of the Credit Segment ex.1000.
3. Assign the correct case type for credit limit requests in the credit segment configuration.
4. Use case type YFCR for credit limit request.
