3557194 - Errors in Purchase Requisitions Processing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Errors are generated when attempting to create Purchase Requisitions using 'My Purchase Requisitions -New'
• The error message displayed is "Cost center requires a grant / Functional area YB40 is not valid for the consumption date"
• Issues with fund/grant assignments and functional area after enabling the Public Sector bundle

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Attempt to create a Purchase Requisition using 'My Purchase Requisitions -New'
2. Observe the error messages related to cost center and functional area

1. Configure the Public Sector Setting "Assign PSM account Assignment to Cost Centers"
2. Replace all functional areas starting with YB in the cost centers as described in the PSM preparation guide
3. Update Cost Center with Public Sector Management Account Assignments using the "Manage Cost Centers" app
