3557229 - FIN_FLAGS settings ignored in settlement jobs

Symptom

The number of work processes has been restricted for settlement jobs, using transaction code FIN_FLAGS (see SAP Note 2976248). However, when program RKO7CO88 is executed in background mode, the job is ignoring the settings determined in FIN_FLAGS and the number of work processes assigned is higher than the number determined in FIN_FLAGS.
