3557238 - Error 'WBS Element with Project Profile Overhead Project is not enabled for Project Stock' during Demand Request

Symptom

Error message 'WBS Element with Project Profile Overhead Project is not enabled for Project Stock' is displayed when trying to change the Processing Status of a Demand to Requested, inside app 'Manage Project Demand'.
