3557253 - Some publications are scheduling successfully, but status shows "Failed"

Symptom

  • Some publications are not scheduling to shared path
  • Reports are scheduling to the shared path but the status is showing "Failed"
  • getting error: "File copy the instance with the filename: "<fileName>" to the directory: "/<directoryName>" .The destination folder path is not configured, please contact your administrator for assistance. For more information, refer SAP Note 3249645."
