When deleting a Candidate Profile account on the Career Site, the following message shows up: "The candidate cannot be deleted. The candidate is under purge freeze."

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

The Candidate Profile account has a DRTM Purge Freeze associated.

If a DRTM Purge Freeze is associated to the Candidate Profile account, the account cannot be deleted.

If you need to delete the account, the freeze must be removed from the Candidate Profile.

Also, if trying to decline the DPCS, the following message will appear: "Decline DPCS is not valid until profile is removed from purge freeze. This is because declining DPCS would delete profile."
