How to set "Is Primary" to be defaulted as "Yes" value on Email Address portlet in New Hire Data Review page after initiating candidate from Add New Hire to Onboarding page?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

This can be achieved by configuring an onInit business rule (sample rule configuration attached):

1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Business Rules

2. Create new rule:

• Scenario: Trigger onInit Rules for Hire/Rehire

3. Go to Manage Business Configuration > emailInfo

4. Take Action > Make Correction > Add the rule > Save

• Base Object: Employee Information Model
• Event Type: onInit

Note: This is applicable only for onboardees that were manually initiated and not from RCM. The configuration differs if onbaordees are initiated from RCM.
